Thank you for choosing MedCAS! Our goal is to make sure your orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping and delivery of products purchased through the MedCAS mobile application MedCAS.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered immediately after subscription through App.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping option selected at checkout and the total order value. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed immediately after receiving payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification in MedCAS App.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving the order. You will be responsible for the GST charge and processing fees (18% +4%) associated with the return. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
